Hello All! In October I took my 25 year old Honda Accord (yes 25 years old) to this dealership because my horn just started blowing in the middle of the night f In October I took my 25 year old Honda Accord (yes 25 years old) to this dealership because my horn just started blowing in the middle of the night for some unknown reason which caused me to have to go outside at like 3 a.m. sometimes to turn it off. Not knowing the reason, I decided to take it to Hall Honda in Huntersville. There I met some very kind customer oriented people. That informed me that I had a recall on my airbag that was possibly connected to the horn, which was causing the horn to be stuck and blowing like it was. The guys" were so kind and found out that Honda no longer carries the parts needed for my car. Then I met the Service Manager Mr. Michael Murphy which helped the fellows to order the parts for my car. I can only say that I am very grateful for the experience I have received from them. As much as I love my car they all helped me to get my car back on the right track. If you'd like to get the best customer service, along with some all around kind & courteous people, This is where you may want to go.
