Will Theiss was amazing! Super great experience Will was so helpful and kind. This is 2nd car we have leased from Carl Black in the last year and it was all thanks to him. I work 7 days a week, so my time is very limited. Will was quick and efficient....he never rushed us, but was on top of everything 100%. Will was wonderful at explaining all our choices and was akways concerned with our comfort. Both my kids loved him and he made them the center of the sale. Each of them love their new Encore!
