The enviornment the employees Express to their customers shows what kind of employees Chevrolet has on their staff. This dealership is extremely welcoming and friendly, it’s not one of those dealerships where you immediately feel overwhelmed once you walk in through the door. From the lot attendants, to the receptionist, the salesman, management, etc., everyone was extremely friendly and helpful in any ay they possibly could be. I had the pleasure of working with one of their salesmen, Louis Ruvo, and he was fantastic! I was nervous about buying a car and he made me extremely comfortable with looking for a car and helped me with the financial part of it so tremendously considering I had no idea about anything when it came to financing a vehicle. He was very easy going and easy to talk to, and made sure to answer every question I had! He helped me go through my options and make sure I picked the best vehicle for me. When it came time for me to sign my contract, I had zero doubts about my purchase! He made sure I loved my new car and walked me off the lot a happy customer that day. He also made the process quick and speedy, which was fantastic. I would say Chevrolet is definitely a place you’d want to take your child for their first car, they’re definitely a family kind of dealership and you know your child is off in a safe vehicle. Their team at Chevrolet is phenomenal and will not disappoint! More

Louis went out of his way to find me the vehicle I wanted I went in pursuing the truck I've wanted for the last 2 years and that's exactly what I got. Louis went out of his way to find me the vehicle I wanted, and when he couldn't get it, he found me a newer model at almost the same price. He stayed late to make certain I got to go home with my new truck the same day it arrived- even got a few texts afterward checking I was satisfied. Well, Louis and his team at Burlington I have purchased multiple cars in the past and every dealer tells you, "we'll have you on your way in no time". Well, Louis and his team at Burlington Chevrolet actually held true to their word. The entire deal was finalized with a 20 minute phone call (whereby Eric found me a car with more options at a lower price then the other 3 dealers I was shopping) and my delivery appointment was signed/ finalized in 30 minutes! Most notable was that Burlington Chevrolet, Louis and Eric held true to their word on deal terms. I would highly recommend this dealer and sales team. This was by far the most pleasant car purchase I have yet to experience, including the luxury dealerships I have dealt with in the past. Their honesty, courtesy and respect definitely earned them a repeat customer. More
