Louis went out of his way to find me the vehicle I wanted, and when he couldn't get it, he found me a newer model at almost the same price. He stayed late to make certain I got to go home with my new truck the same day it arrived- even got a few texts afterward checking I was satisfied. I had a great experience and will definitely be going back when its time to get another car. More

These guys know the ins and outs of every car and can point both positives and negatives when purchasing. I did my homework with Carfax and Dealerrater when looking for my HHR but I was still unprepared for how easy and really pleasant Burlington Chevrolet I did my homework with Carfax and Dealerrater when looking for my HHR but I was still unprepared for how easy and really pleasant Burlington Chevrolet and specifically Louie Ruvo, my salesman, made the process. From the immediate response to my inquiry by Sandy who checked out the status of the car, made my appointment and even gave me directions en route, to the financing, everyone was human and helpful. Louie got me the deal I wanted and had me driving out of the dealership in under two hours. There was one minor service issue that I was told about in advance, thatbI had to go back for. Their follow-up and their service department were just as great as their sales. The whole facility is brand new and beautiful, the service waiting room has great WiFi and again, the EVERY one was really nice. Louie and Sandy made a point of saying hi. Best car buying experience EVER! More
