These guys know the ins and outs of every car and can point both positives and negatives when purchasing. I did my homework with Carfax and Dealerrater when looking for my HHR but I was still unprepared for how easy and really pleasant Burlington Chevrolet I did my homework with Carfax and Dealerrater when looking for my HHR but I was still unprepared for how easy and really pleasant Burlington Chevrolet and specifically Louie Ruvo, my salesman, made the process. From the immediate response to my inquiry by Sandy who checked out the status of the car, made my appointment and even gave me directions en route, to the financing, everyone was human and helpful. Louie got me the deal I wanted and had me driving out of the dealership in under two hours. There was one minor service issue that I was told about in advance, thatbI had to go back for. Their follow-up and their service department were just as great as their sales. The whole facility is brand new and beautiful, the service waiting room has great WiFi and again, the EVERY one was really nice. Louie and Sandy made a point of saying hi. Best car buying experience EVER! More

My fiancé and I recently went to Burlington Chevrolet to look into purchasing a used vehicle, We were interested in buying a used car since our credit My fiancé and I recently went to Burlington Chevrolet to look into purchasing a used vehicle, We were interested in buying a used car since our credit is not in very good shape and I honestly thought we wouldn't even get approved for that. After talking with Louis and going over our credit scores Louis came out and gave us the surprised we weren't expecting of being able to finance a brand new 2015 CHEVY SONIC RIGHT OFF THE SHOW ROOM FLOOR!!! I was blown away he was able to help us so much. I am now 100% happy with the service and level of dedication Louis gave us in finding a car that is safe and reliable for my fiancé's first vehicle.
