I had an appointment for a simple tire rotation, yet from the time I arrived until the time I was able to leave, 2 and 1/2 hours had passed. I was quoted that it would take one and a half hours which al from the time I arrived until the time I was able to leave, 2 and 1/2 hours had passed. I was quoted that it would take one and a half hours which already sounded ridiculous but it took two and a half hours. They used to offer the service of driving you home and picking you up so you don't have to wait there the entire time however no such service was offered to me. More
