Lourie is the best service person I have ever worked with! Laurie is always polite, professional and most importantly honest and informative about what recommended services are necessary for the car and what s Laurie is always polite, professional and most importantly honest and informative about what recommended services are necessary for the car and what services can be done over an extended time frame. She instills confidence in the customer that she has your best interest in mind and clearly communicates that. Fantastic Experience I have never had anything but a fantastic experience here. When my first honda accord (RIP) died via a blown transmission at a really bad time for me, I have never had anything but a fantastic experience here. When my first honda accord (RIP) died via a blown transmission at a really bad time for me, Lourie set me up with a rental free for a full week. When I came in to buy another Honda it was super easy, super fast and I had fantastic customer service from Jacqueline. I will continue going here and I am a Honda lover now for life because of the fantastic experience I have had here. More

Lia helped me upgrade! I loved my 17 year old CR-V so much, but it got to the point where I had been weighing putting more money into it versus using it for a down payment o I loved my 17 year old CR-V so much, but it got to the point where I had been weighing putting more money into it versus using it for a down payment on an upgrade. I came in for emergency servicing and came right in to Lori. I informed them I may be interested in starting to look for a used car and was introduced to Jacquie. The connections Lia has throughout the northeast opened up a few really good possibilities and I settled on a suv. Jacquie was there every step of the way, and really put in the time and effort to make sure every single question and concern was answered. Very professional and extremely friendly! I did not feel forced into anything at all by any of the staff including Jacquie, or Dave who patiently answered all of my questions on the contract etc, yet I was able to make a decision and drive home just 3 days after my CR-V died! More

Great experience buying a Honda fit This was my first experience buying a nice car at a dealership and I was very impressed and happy with the knowledge and help I received. I was blown This was my first experience buying a nice car at a dealership and I was very impressed and happy with the knowledge and help I received. I was blown away by the personal care I received from my sales rep Jacquie. I met with her initially a month back, after visiting another close by dealership, and test drove some vehicles. I explained that I wasn't sure about how I wanted to proceed and she really emphasized I needed to figure out what would best in my life in terms of leasing versus buying, without any pressure or expectation. I then came back when I had a better idea of my budget, despite living closer to a different Honda dealership, because of the outstanding care I received from her on my initial visit. She was available and eager to help every step of the way, as well as Dave, who handled the finance stuff. There was a few hiccups around my unique situation and the staff went above and beyond to get me into a really great vehicle that I know will last a very long time. In addition, the service department was able to fit my mom in last minute to get her oil changed while we waited for some paperwork! I highly recommend this dealership and specifically Jacquie. She has a very personal touch to everything she does and she was very invested in making me happy and satisfied. I felt that I was well taken care of, and I appreciated the diversity of the staff. Highly recommend buying a car from Lia. More
