Service was very good. Came in for a recall and oil change. Louie Bruner helped us at the service desk. Very nice, polite, experienced, professional. After a discussion with Eddy Castillo, we reached a satisfactory price for the new car. And I really like the car. It brings me excellent experience in driving. Last week, we drove to Rochester from Buffalo. The plastic plate on the right side of the car door was blown away by the high-speed wind when we drove on the highway. And Lourie Bruner helped us to make an appointment to repair it. We drove our car to Lia Honda and waited for a moment, a new plastic part was replaced well efficiently. Thank you so much!
