I certainly hope so since it's now been a month and no one has returned any of my calls or emails--including a voice message I'd left directly on your extension. You have my information and all I wanted was for you to email me a copy of the inspection report--the multi-point inspection listed on my invoice as complete. How simple that is and yet, I have no report a month later. This is sad and it is the absolute worst experience I've had with your or any other auto dealer. I appreciate your public response on this website but instead of trying to spin a public response, you could have just as easily emailed that inspection report to me. So, I'll believe it when I see it.
