WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER. Toyota of Ann Arbor provided service on 12/12/2025. Invoice Item B lists a 27-point inspection as complete. No inspection report was included in my paperwork. The same day I emailed Lamont Howard (Service Advisor) requesting a copy but received no response. The following week I sent another email and several voice messages to Lamont and to Michael Cooper (Service Manager) and even to Chris Low (General Manager)--nobody responded. I received a response from an Internet Service Assistant I’d contacted. She assured the report would be emailed but almost 4 weeks later I still do have it. I’m suspicious the service was never performed even though it’s on the invoice. I can't verify that but neither have they supplied me with a report to confirm the service was actually done. It's disturbing because it begs the question how many items appear on invoices that weren’t actually completed? Did I even receive the oil change I paid for? My only recourse is to directly contact Toyota Customer Service and possible the Secretary of State and Attorney General. More

The service people were not attentive at all. When I pulled up and got out of my car, I stood there for quite some time. Had 3 different people tell me someone would be right with me. Someone came to check the tread on my tires and didn’t even say hi to me. Same with someone who topped off my windshield wiper fluid. I wasn’t even checked in yet. Then the person who did end up getting me checked in told me that the shuttle service stops at 3pm. My appointment was at 3:45. I don’t like that it gave me an option to select to use the complimentary shuttle service if I really can’t use it at that appointed time. I end up waiting in the lobby. Then when the service person calls me back and tells me the total, there’s someone who comes up to him and starts talking to him and cussing. Completely unprofessional. He did tell him to go away and that he was with a customer but it’s the principle of the matter. When I left the dealership, my tire light was on and no one said anything about that. 0/10. More
