Caleb, Sales Associate, was an exceptionally knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and all around professional young man that helped make our purchase a pleasant one from the time we test drove the truck to negotiating a price and answering any additional questions. Also, Max, Business Manager, was exceptionally knowledgeable, friendly, and explained in detail the purchase details and particularly warranty options, which are very important to us. Having a state of the art service department was also very important to us. I've been back to Jack Kain Ford again. The 4th time in 2 years.  I keep going back because of the quality of their vehicles and the quality of their sales team.  I drove past 12 big Lexington dealerships to years.  I keep going back because of the quality of their vehicles and the quality of their sales team.  I drove past 12 big Lexington dealerships to get to the best,  which is only about 7 minutes from New Circle Road.  I bought a 2018 Ford Edge and I'm loving it!  Of course, my husband and I are big LuAnn fans.  She treats us like family and always makes sure she explains everything clearly and to our satisfaction.  I can't say enough about how wonderful the experience is in buying a vehicle at Jack Kain's.  I tell everyone I know to go there first when shopping. More

My vehicle had been totaled and with all the crazy stuff that goes with it thru the insurance company and getting a rental all the paper work signed and get it notarized. I decided to stop after work ar Jack Kain Ford to price a few vehicles I had no idea I would be leaving there in a new 2019 F150 and best of all their was no hassle included and that my friends is professionalism at its best thanks to the profesionals that work there. oh yea the rental i had was from enterprise Jack Kane Ford also has interprise I put the keys in a drop box and drove off in my new truck.
