Needing more room for grandkids to ride with us. We had a 2018 Ecosport that didn't give us enough room for our three grandkids, so we took it to Jack Kain and traded for a larger SUV (2018 Explorer) We had a 2018 Ecosport that didn't give us enough room for our three grandkids, so we took it to Jack Kain and traded for a larger SUV (2018 Explorer). Now our grandkids can have some elbow room, along with room for luggage. A huge thank you to Louann Campbell for having the two SUV's sitting alongside each other for comparison. Also to Bill Kain for welcoming us and making the trade-in go smoothly. This is our third vehicle purchased from Kain and we will return to deal as along as the dealership is open. More

Great experience I bought a pre owned AMG Mercedes which i found on their website and worked with LuAnn, she was great and sent pics, videos of the vehicle and answere I bought a pre owned AMG Mercedes which i found on their website and worked with LuAnn, she was great and sent pics, videos of the vehicle and answered all questions since i am in NJ. The title clerk Lee also did all the DMV paperwork for NJ perfectly. The car was delivered fast and looked even better then the pics and videos! The clerk at NJ DMV was so impressed the title work was perfect the first time around that she said she was going to look into buying a car from Jack Kain as well. By Monday evening our brand new, polished beauty was sitting in our garage. Bradd Gray and Bill Kain were consummate professionals who answered every question, met every need--except when they were exceeding them--and treated us both like family. My First Used Car Purchase Went Great! I bought my first used car (preowned) in my life this month from Kain Ford in Versailles, Kentucky. At this stage of my life, purchasing a reliable used car made more financial sense than purchasing another new one. However, I am the worse deal maker in the world and was very leery of paying too much and buying an unsuitable car. I contacted Kain Ford in Versailles where we had purchased a new vehicle three years ago, and I knew of Mr. Kain’s reputation from his many years in Frankfort. I went to Kain Ford’s website, located several possible vehicles and completed the very short contact form. Within one business day, I was contacted via email by LuAnn Campbell who answered my numerous questions. She then called me, and we arranged to meet in Versailles at 9:30 AM the next day. Although the website had numerous photos of the car, LuAnn made a video of the car and sent that to me after our phone call. I knew exactly what the car looked like from bumper to bumper and inside and outside before I left home. We met in Versailles to inspect the car, I drove it around the neighborhood, and we returned to Kain Ford. Two hours later, with no surprises, conditions, price changes, or massive paperwork, I was at home in my driveway in Frankfort with my 2015 Ford Focus. Mr. Kain, LuAnn Campbell, and Mark Morford, finance officer, made my first used car purchase experience convenient, speedy, and peaceful. LuAnn gave me a printed report on the history of the car and took me on a tour of the facility; Mr. Kain came and thanked me for my business. Since my day of purchase, I have received a card and a phone call checking on my satisfaction with my purchase. I am very satisfied indeed. The car is pleasant to drive and more than meets my needs.
