Luana was absolutely fantastic during my car service ordeal. My car had to be towed because it was leaking gas and she set up a very comfortable loaner for me within one day. She constantly kept me upda ordeal. My car had to be towed because it was leaking gas and she set up a very comfortable loaner for me within one day. She constantly kept me updated and to when the mechanics would be able to look at my car to establish the problem. As soon as she knew what was wrong she called me to let me know and found out that it was covered under warranty. The problem was fixed, serviced and covered. Although it took time to get fixed I had a good car to drive. She made this whole experience wonderful and I was extremely pleased. More
