Wish I could write something about a service visit. On a trip from New England to Florida, my driver side window dropped completely into the door, (window regulator) causing me to drive 1000 miles, inc On a trip from New England to Florida, my driver side window dropped completely into the door, (window regulator) causing me to drive 1000 miles, including the last 4 hours in torrential rains with no window. Called the ACS service department first thing the following morning and was told the manager would call me back. An hour later after no response, I called again…received the same promise and the same non response. To not even have the courtesy to return a call is incredibly disrespectful. With more rain forecast, I took the car to an independent garage and the window was repaired. In addition, Audi would not reimburse me for the charge because I didn’t take it to the dealer who refused to call me back. I purchased 2 Audis from this dealership. Needless to say, there will be not be any more. Thoroughly disgusted! More
