We are sorry that your car got stolen. We have provided you with a curtesy rental car since & throughout. We have stayed in communication with our insurance in order to bring this make you whole. The car market is at an all time high, currently it is impossible to duplicate or even come close to past lease terms. I have been in ongoing communication with your mother regarding any & all issues, including but not limited to periodically extending your rentals. There was no way to predict time table till completion. You have been fully reimburse for your loss & inconvenience. No to mention that you had negative equity that was taken care of in the prosses. we have obsoletely nothing to do with your past credit history , nor current credit rating. You asked for our help to shop for a replacement vehicle, but cautioned that it would be a challenge. It is NOT us that stole your vehicle, nor create the current market hype in the pre-owned vehicle pricing. I have work diligently with your mother & the insurance company towards positive progress & ultimate securing a satisfactory resolution. I understand & sympathize with your loss & frustration. but we in general & I in particular have been nothing but Obliging & helpful. Your review is harsh, un warranted & uncalled for! FOR ALL'S WELL NOW. The theft was unfortunate, but it is how you deal with loss that measures us a humans & contributing members of society.

You have set the mood from the get go, by being accusatory. both you & your grandmother were demanding immediate retribution. I explained repetitively that there is a process we must go through that involves both our insurance companies. you were demanding of me to share the theft surveillance video footage, witch I was unable to provide by request of the official authorities investigating the case. We are not responsible for your ongoing communication with the rental company, nor the duration it took for the insurance companies to bring this matter to resolution & satisfactory completion. You asked for our insurance companies info & I was advise that the two insurance carriers will communicate directly, which they have. You have said that we're to blame, that we are to fix this & "what are you going to do about this?" you demanded "You are to supply us with another car" And "what are you going to do to fix this?. All of those request could no be answered at that point in time. so we have emaciated the claim with our insurance co. their was no further reason nor need for any conversation between us. every time your rental vehicle needed extension we have done so! You are entitled to your prospective & revue. but it takes two to tango, and I have my point of view. I was never harsh, nor impolite with you or any of your family members. This matter was satisfactory settled & it's behind us now. But it is my opinion that you expectation for immediate resolution & miss conception that me, or you for that matter could have done anything to avoid or expedite this process running its course of this process is faulty. And that was displayed in all of your initial communication, behavior and mindset. actually all the way through current. We have done nothing wrong. 1,001.967 Vehicle were stollen in the US in 2022. so please excuse us for "allowing that to happen" PLEASE!

My credit wasn’t an issue and it shouldn’t have been an issue because I had a car when I came to your shop for repairs! I acknowledge the fact that my rental was covered and my car paid for. But when I couldn’t get ahold of you that’s when my mother had to get involved. It was a struggle to get a hold of you. It wasn’t you or anyone there that probably stole my car but it was due to negligence that my car stolen in the beginning. we had to keep calling to extend the rental. Enterprise kept trying to charge my account during that whole period. It was to the point where the Regional manager of Enterprise reached out to me to understand the situation. Then i got a break from the calls and the false charges. I got to the dealership and saw you and as I came up the stairs to greet you you looked away to bypass me when Gino was letting me know where to go. It was a bad situation and all but if things was handled the right way my mom would’ve never had to get involved, if you was answering my calls, my texts. When my mom left you messages and called you repeatedly that’s when results came. It also matters how people handle the situation. I called, in the beginning I told you I was coming for insurance and to see the evidence you said okay, I get there, it’s a issue. You say okay in 2 days you’ll have it, in 2 days, another issue. Your insurance didn’t contact me till mid to end of February and he said he didn’t even know about it or why it was a issue why I couldn’t get it. My mother lost sleep, time, calling and trying to get ahold of you. It’s so nice that I can receive such a prompt response from you because towards the end of the time of my rental my mother and I couldn’t reach you at all to the point where my mom called your insurance company to reach you. When I called enterprise the rental wasn’t paid for for the month of April, I felt so embarrassed, I called you no answer my mother called you no answer. You don’t understand, if you did you wouldn’t have treated me this way. Yes you did all in your power to pay my rental and my car off, but the communication aspect was poor and unjust. But it is as you said, all is well now. I just pray that this never happens again to someone else. In the case that it does, god forbid, I hope you treat them alittle more kinder and more pleasant rather than you playing victim and demoralizing them to the point where they have to get family involved or anyone else. This is my review on the situation. Not one for you to backlash me.Never once did you actually call me to update me on anything but the next day when you found out it was stolen or unless it was in response to the calls we made first because we kept calling. Communication is what was missing and surely enough not from our end but yours. But I thank you for somewhat letting me put my review in peace and hearing my voice on the situation. And uncalled for? The lack of communication and transparency was uncalled for. The fact that I had to get my mom involved because you stopped replying to me was uncalled for, the fact that enterprise was trying to charge my account when you were supposed to cover the rental was uncalled for. How you yelled at me that day in the office when ruddy walked out was uncalled for. From that day i was just broken, I was like here is the man that’s supposed to be the manager and my car got stolen and I only had asked you how long till I should hear from the insurance and you went off. Unwarranted. The lack of follow up, uncalled for. And my review is how I was treated and felt and if it’s harsh that just means that it was harsh how I was treated, how my mom and I had to play cat and mouse to get a hold of you. I didn’t know my review was grounds for debate. This is the honesty from my end to yours not yours to mine. I told you I appreciated the rental but getting notified from my bank that enterprise kept trying to pull their money wasn’t “diligent “. But I guess I can’t have a voice after all this time. I can’t speak on my experience with you all ? On how I felt. But you’re not addressing when you yelled at me. But you’re not addressing the fact that my mom got involved because it was a hassle to get ahold of you, but you’re not addressing how there was no follow up or communication. You spoke to my mom even, you never once called me to ask me directly what’s going on how long would I need the car for how’s the process, nothing. Any issues with the car, I sent you texts, “omg I’m so sorry I didn’t get back you”, nothing, you responded after my mom got in on it though. Like I’m some type of child. It was my car. I had no follow up. That’s my review. And I shouldn’t be harassed back about it.

The cars that were stolen in 2022 have nothing to do with me. So of course my mindset was all over the place and in a panic trying to find a resolution. The fact remains that my car was stolen under your care and the lack of professionalism from you to rectify the situation has been absolutely unacceptable and has caused even more damage to both my credit and livelihood. Your inconsideration, lack of communication is unacceptable to say the least and the fact that I gotta explain this to you via a review is absolutely unprofessional. Forgive me for being upset for that apparently. It is all behind us, this is true, and you weren’t harsh to my family but me, whether you feel like you were or not, that’s why I reacted the way I did, because you lead me to come back to the dealer for information and nothing, then just telling me to wait, whilst I didn’t know how long I was going to wait or even hear from you or someone else. That’s why I was so insistent and hurry for a resolution , if I was properly informed in the beginning and not from my mom or the insurance company, I would’ve taken a different approach but you gave me the run around for abit then later told me you couldn’t disclose information.I guess i imagined your responses. How the situation ended was very satisfactory, thats true.Thank you for your time.
