After getting all of the numbers worked out ahead of time, and purchasing flights to get to Ft Lauderdale, I learned that the dealer neglected to tell me that there was an additional $750 fee for the CP time, and purchasing flights to get to Ft Lauderdale, I learned that the dealer neglected to tell me that there was an additional $750 fee for the CPO CERTIFICATION. The vehicle was listed as a CPO vehicle on their website. There should have been no additional fee. I also believe I was bait and switched by this dealer. I originally called about a grey 2023 murano. They sent me the documentation about a white 2023 murano (on “accident”). I liked the white murano, so we worked up the numbers, with the agreement that the grey one would still be available for me to purchase, should I change my mind upon flying to Ft Lauderdale. We got to the dealer and were told the grey one had sold, leaving me feeling stuck with the white one, which I had not called about in the first place. We went ahead and purchased the white one, and now see the same grey one (over 2 weeks later) still listed for sale on their website. I feel disgusted and taken advantage of by this dealership.
