Lucas was with another customer when I arrived, so he asked whether I'd like to wait a few minutes to take the test drive with him or just go for a spin by myself, which I did. I really appreciated this gesture because it allowed me to check out the car at my own pace without any sales pressure, whether real or inferred. There were no pushy followups from Lucas or any sales manager as can be common with other dealerships. That said, I texted Lucas a couple of times about the car, and he always responded very quickly. When I returned to purchase the car, the negotiation went smoothly, and I was in and out of the Finance office quickly. Dealership is pristine and everybody I interacted with was extremely pleasant. Five star car buying experience. Go here and ask for Lucas! More

Working with Lucas was a big difference comparing to other dealerships. He was highly professional, and respectful of my time. On my first visit, I've told him that I have about 30 minutes, and I was out in 30 minutes. There was no pressure in terms "if you buy now, I am going to give you a good deal" or similar statements. He was not running numbers in front of me and was totally transparent about the price and things offered. There was no a single moment I felt confused or being "worked out". Same story with Shawn - he was working with me on the final paperwork; no hidden cost outside of what Lucas told me and was willing to go over every paper I was signing - not just rushing through it. I am definitely going to be returning customer, this dealership is something different. More

So, I decided to drive an hour away to Audi Exchange, in hopes of finding a more straight-forward and haggle-free experience. Lucas provided exactly that. The best words to describe Lucas are transparent and professional. He is not your typical car salesman - Thank Goodness. No question I would come back to Lucas for my next trade or purchase. As for the dealership, Audi Exchange had a great inventory - much better than other Audi dealerships in the area. The test drive process was extremely hassle-free. More

They were not pushy at all and were extremely honest about their vehicles. They made me feel very comfortable and allowed me to take my time when deciding on what I wanted to do. Being New Yorkers and living in Manhattan the past 10 years, we never needed to own a car. When we decided on an Audi Q3 we started calling dealerships. From the beginning, Lucas Kielar, our main contact, was nothing short of outstanding in terms of being responsive and honest. We were quickly able to agree on cost and close the sale. When I went to pick up the car, Lucas was off that day but already alerted his colleague, Dan Kurko of my plans to be in that day and take care of me. Again, Dan gave me the first class treated and spent time going over the vehicle and answering any questions. When I was handed off to Pat Gibbs to go over the financing and the service package, it completed an all around great experience. Because I travel a great deal, I wanted to make sure to have a great maintenance package for my wife. Not two months later, a screw penetrated the tire and rim. Without any delays, Lucas and team coordinated getting my wife a loaner and handling the repair within a day. There are likely others in the service department who we owe our gratitude. In closing, our entire experience has made us loyal to Audi Exchange and the team. Thanks! More

I bought a CPO A6 Prestige 3 months ago, and I love it! I've owned many cars (including 3 BMW's, a Cadillac xxx-V, and a Hyundai Genesis 5.0 R-Spec.). I can honestly say it will be difficult to buy anything but an Audi going forward! As for the sales associate, Lucas Kielar was top notch. He was very knowledgeable, passionate and responsive to my emails both before and after the sale. Coming to an agreement on a price for the Audi and for my trade-in was a pleasant one. Regarding the dealership experience, I had two minor critiques but the dealer was very quick to respond, happy to remedy, and I am confident they are addressing my concerns in order to continually improve the buying experience for their customers. What else can you ask for from a dealer? Overall a very good buying experience. I recommend Audi and highly recommend Lucas Kielar. I will certainly contact Lucas from the Audi Exchange first when it's time to trade in my A6. More
