The overall experience with Carr Subaru was positive. It seemed like there were internal communication issues between departments which delayed my taking delivery of the vehicle I purchased by nearly a w It seemed like there were internal communication issues between departments which delayed my taking delivery of the vehicle I purchased by nearly a week and a half. During that time I was told the car either was or would be ready a couple of times before it actually was. It wouldn't normally be an issue, but I had to travel around 120mi to get to Beaverton, so the false starts were difficult to schedule around. That being said, the staff were overall friendly and very helpful. I am also fully satisfied with the quality of the vehicle I purchased. More
