I picked up my first Subaru Outback today from the Dean Team and couldn’t be any happier. Luci Whanger was awesome to work with and I had zero pressure to buy. Actually I was just there to test drive for a possible future purchase months away. But I was so surprised with a deal and great rate available right then so I took it. The finance was handled by Ike Dean who made it clear and simple. As a retired Toyota Tech (42yr) my Toyota owning days are now over. My wife’s next vehicle will be Dean Team Subaru from Luci. From the moment we walked thru the door at Dean Team Manchester, Luci Whanger listened to our specific "wants" in a new car and helped us throughout the selection process. We were not even sure we were going to make a purchase from Dean Team, but with the information, comps (we drove at other dealer ships as well and did a lot of research) and Lucis help, we purchased from Dean Team. If she did not know an answer to a question, she was on top of it and got us an answer. This lady worked hard. Every box of our "wants" were "checked". And then it was not a Subaru but a VW Tiguan SLE we purchased. We love this car and everyone at the dealership was very attentive and knowledgeable. AND thank you Dean team transporter for getting up at 4:30 AM to drive our car back from another state ... appreciate everyone's time...hard to part with my Jeep, but extremely happy! More
