Best experience ever! My experience at bmw of Freeport was a little trouble because of my credit but Lucy somehow made everything possible for me to bring my new bmw home. Great Customer Service Lucy is a great salesperson. I stopped by BMW on my way home one evening, probably 30 minutes prior to BMW closing and Lucy took her time didn't rush Lucy is a great salesperson. I stopped by BMW on my way home one evening, probably 30 minutes prior to BMW closing and Lucy took her time didn't rush at all. She was so excited to go over all the models I was interested in and she gave me different alternatives (ex: colors, accessories, etc) to fit my budget. She worked diligent to get me a good deal. The next morning i went to pick up my car :) she then took over an hour to show me all the features and make sure i left the dealership completely familiar with the car. She made my experience great and I am glad i made the switch to BMW. I highly recommend her! More

Lucy Santiago was superb Lucy is clearly the best salesperson I have ever dealt with. Despite all the difficulties I gave her( changing the model and interior, and features a Lucy is clearly the best salesperson I have ever dealt with. Despite all the difficulties I gave her( changing the model and interior, and features all the time) she never got frustrated with me and in the end provided me with the perfect car. This is the second vehicle I have gotten from her and will continue to use only her from now on. You cannot go wrong with her. I recommend her at the highest level. More
