We were quickly introduced to "Primo" and he took very good care of us. Primo assured us that Don would also receive credit for the sale due to his initial knowledge and help with the vehicle of our choice a few days earlier. Everything went very smooth and any questions we had were answered, and some that we hadn't even thought of. Accommodating and Easy This was one of my best car buying experiences I have had to date. Luciano was a key component. I came in just to look at options on replacing my cu This was one of my best car buying experiences I have had to date. Luciano was a key component. I came in just to look at options on replacing my current vehicle I was leasing and understand the process. Luciano was extremely helpful and accommodating. He helped me find a truck to test drive, then took the time to listen to my concerns on my current leasing situation. He helped me understand my options to terminate my lease and get money towards a new truck lease. He called the leasing company to make sure I had the correct information and walked me through the return process. I had requested to come back 3 hours later that day for an extended test drive (over an hour) with my truck of choice. Luciano was more than happy to comply with no hassles. The whole time there was no pressure from anyone for me to make a decision. Luciano answered all my questions, helped me get some extra items I wanted for the truck, and explained my leasing options thoroughly. Once I made my decision, the rest was easy, smooth, and quick. I wish I had gone there 3 years ago when I decided to lease my last car.!!!! Primo is the man!!!! More
