I experience just the opposite. It was the end of the month, so I'm sure Primo wanted to sell a car, but he was patient with me, answering all my questions, to make sure I was going to be satisfied with my purchase. From the management, to the Finance office with Sean Donato, I found Sunrise to have, a great group of honest people to do business with. Everyone was so polite and friendly, I felt like I was re-adopted. My wonderful experience all started with a phone conversation with Lupe. She was very polite, and professional. Had it not been for her, who knows where I would have ended up buying a vehicle, and missed that wonderful family atmosphere at Sunrise. All of you can stand up and take a bow, you deserve it. More
