After working with Primo a couple years back I new that I wanted him to help me in the possible purchase of my From the start my experience was great. After working with Primo a couple years back I new that I wanted him to help me in the possible purchase of my vehicle. I called Sunrise and was greeted by a very polite and helpful receptionist, Jennifer. She had transferred me over to Primo. I informed him of the vehicle in which I had seen online and was very interested in. He was very helpful with answering all of the questions that I had. He informed me that he was going to do his best to get me in this vehicle. He took down some of my information over the phone as he knew that I was at work and wanted to help me as best he could. Once I came into the dealership, I was greeted by Primo who had the truck pulled up and ready for me to take a look at. The paperwork was all set up that way I didn't have to sit in the dealership for hours and hours. Not only do I have Primo to thank for going above and beyond but I also want to thank Rick Mackintosh and Jose Martinez. Without them, I don't think this deal would have worked. I have been into several dealerships throughout my lifetime and never ever have I been treated so kindly. It was like working with family. They were honest, helpful and very knowledgeable. I can honestly say that my next purchase of a vehicle will be through Primo and I will refer anyone in the market for a vehicle to him! Not to mention the next day I had brought my vehicle in to have the radio looked at but was also introduced to Mr. Kurtz who shook my hand and thanked me for purchasing a vehicle from his team. Never have I been thanked by an owner of a dealership. It sure shows that this dealership cares about their customers and it's not just about a sale!
