I purchased a used vehicle. Now I understand that you take a gamble on a used vehicle. As soon as I drove it off the lot the check engine light came on and the front end shook. I learned they cleared the codes and still sold it. The transmission and turbo are shot. Never buy a vehicle new or used from Dick Scott. Very shady people. I recently test drove a used truck I was interested in. During the test drive, I noticed it hadn’t been fully detailed just spot cleaned. I brought this to my salesman’s attention, and he assured me the truck would be properly cleaned before delivery. However, when I returned a couple of days later to pick it up, the truck was still not cleaned. There was dog hair on the seats, dirt in the door and floor compartments, and the truck bed was still dirty. I understand it’s a used vehicle, but having worked at a dealership for five years, I know the standard of cleanliness expected when delivering a vehicle to a customer and this fell short. Fortunately, the manager did attempt to make up for the oversight by providing a full tank of gas, which I appreciated. Still, the lack of attention to detail during delivery was disappointing. More
