They did not specify their services in detail and provided me with the wrong information about gap saying that some of their services such as the oil changes were going to be free and I ended up find provided me with the wrong information about gap saying that some of their services such as the oil changes were going to be free and I ended up finding out on my own that it was an extra $6,000. It was never mentioned to me that the service of gap was going to be that specific amount and was informed wrong by the financial advisor that gap was going to originally be $20-$30. They did not provided me with any documentation that specified that total amount for my 2024 Honda civic nor did they provide me with the USB with the information they said they gave to me. More
