I felt Luis dealt with me on a professional level but still made me feel like he was my friend. This was greatly appreciated. I had used Luis before at a previous dealership and knew that he had moved to Zimmerman. I had never driven the Honda brand but knew it was a good brand. I have NEVER had someone go through the entire owners manual with me and explain the important things and go through the maintaince needs of the car with me and Luis did! And did I mention that when my dad called to see if we could come back down and look at the cars Luis was at a family function (had I know that he was there before we came down, we would have done this a different day) and still came and gave us the BEST service ever!It was the easiest and smoothest car buying process I have ever encountered. I would (and have) reccomend(ed) Luis to anyone that is in the need of a new car! More

Had leased a 2011 Honda Accord in August 2011 so was getting close to the end of the lease period. Luis Arango contacted me to let me know that now was a good time to trade in on a new lease. As always, Luis made the entire process very quick and easy. I don't like playing games when it comes to the purchase process of a vehicle and with Luis, he understands that and cuts through all the typical "sales games". Luis has earned my trust by treating me fair in past deals, and I have purchased many vehicles from him over the last 6-7 years. As far as quality of the Honda product, these vehicles are second to none. I have had several Accords using it as my business vehicle and can tell you that no other car beats the value you get from a Honda. You can tell the quality within minutes of driving the vehicle. The tightness and preciseness of how everything fits together. The lack of rattles and squeaks. The standard features the vehicles offer are incredible. And I am always amazed at how each and every year Honda adds new features that improve on an already superior vehicle. My latest acquisition, the 2014 Accord is the best yet. A beautiful car inside and out. I could spend more money and go buy a Lexus, or the like, but it would be a waste of money as you get all the features of that type of vehicle in the Accord for a lot less money. And the dependability of the Honda is superior. I have had to do only routine maintenance to all of the Hondas I have owned (oil changes). The best is when you go to trade in the vehicle and find out how much value your Honda has retained. While other vehicles take huge hits on their value almost immediately, Hondas continue to hold their value and remain dependable. Zimmerman Honda is a great dealership. The people working there are friendly and helpful and don't waste your time. Their new facility is state of the art and impressive. I would highly recommend this dealer and especially Luis Arango. More
