The Service Dept. staff was courteous and explained in understandable language what work was needed for my car. I was given an estimate of how long I would need to wait. I was pleased that the car was r understandable language what work was needed for my car. I was given an estimate of how long I would need to wait. I was pleased that the car was ready almost an hour before the promised time. Although the waiting room was pleasant, with TV, I was able to sit in the showroom and read which was more to my liking. Of course, I always like the complimentary car wash. More

Service dept amazing, sales personnel not so much. Had a bad experience when we bought our juke and reported the sales associate. He threatened my daughter.
