I had a 730 am appt. The mechanics didn't take my truck in till after 8 am and took their sweet time diagnosing a service engine light. Then wanted to replace a catalytic converter and cps sensor for 2100 in till after 8 am and took their sweet time diagnosing a service engine light. Then wanted to replace a catalytic converter and cps sensor for 2100 dollars. Your a dam rip off. And your coffee break area had no stirrers and only dry creamer. You would think after what you charge for service and parts you would have a better refreshment area. Over the phone your Rep said I could get a ride home. After I got there they said I had to take a Uber. You all are ripoff! Never again! More
