Wonderful place. I recently purchased a used vehicle (not even a Ford) from Sayville Ford. Luis is the young man who gave me tremendous help to do so. Once we saw the vehicle I was interested in, he went for a short test drive with my daughter and I. Really liked the feel, he allowed a minimal monetary hold on the vehicle until a very knowledgeable friend could come and look it over. When that friend found a minimal concern, Luis had it promptly taken care. of. He also had the headlights buffed out, and discovered how to get the back gate unlocked, lol. I had license plates that I really wanted to keep, but they were on my leased Escape that was being returned at the end of the month. He spoke with another knowledgeable employee, and they told me that I could turn it in there ( not the dealership where leased) and they would transfer the plates. Should have known that, but didn't. When asked about the owners manual, he apologized for not having it ( a 9 year old vehicle!) and said that he could print one out. Financing was arranged through Tom's services, and also added a 5yr/60,000 mile warranty to allay my very last concern. Another lovely fella. Finally, when I picked up the vehicle, Luis had the original nine year old owners manual for me. Said his manager had left it for him. More
