Bought a 2026 K4 Hatchback 3/14/2026. Was suppose to pick up car on 3/16/2026. Was told car was there 3/15/2026 and cameras would be installed 3/16/2026 and they would call when done. We Was suppose to pick up car on 3/16/2026. Was told car was there 3/15/2026 and cameras would be installed 3/16/2026 and they would call when done. We had to call there 3/16/2026 late in the day and ask about progress of car. We were told the car was not there. After several heated discussions we were told car was there and cameras would now be installed 3/17/2026. Got the car. Took car an washed it 4/10/2026 and found a rust spot where hatch closes to the body. Took car back and was given a paint pen and was told we would need to do the repair ourselves. They never looked at the blemish in the paint one time and kept saying we don’t warranty a scratch. Explained to them it is not a scratch but a blemish in the paint which they could see if they would have bothered to look at it. Will never buy a car from them again and we have contacted an attorney. They love you all the time trying to sell you a car. Then when you buy it they want nothing to do with you and beg you to leave a good review for them. Glad I left none at that time. Horrible place to do business with. Will not make that mistake again. More
