Our brakes produce a very loud screeching noise and at first, they said it's normal for a high-end car...now they say it's because we live in Florida which is surrounded by the ocean. They have never been able to resolve all the issues that are wrong with our car. We are disappointed and will never buy another Maserati from Ferrari Maserati of Fort Lauderdale again. Time to move to another brand. More

Service did a good job, was tough to get appointment, would call and then call would get released, and would have to call again. Then after appointment @ 3:45 I get a call and said would have to reschedu would call and then call would get released, and would have to call again.
