We stopped in to look at a Genesis GV70. Tracy Debruzzi met us and listened to our request. Tracy took to the lot and explained that all the vehicles we were interested in were spoken for. Then he discovered the one red one had just had a hold removed. He got the key and we did a road test. Net result was that we now are owners of that beautiful machine. Luther Bloomington Hyundai was the 4th dealership I had been to over the course of two days. And the (fantastic) experience I had there was like night and day compared to the others. At the other dealerships, I felt like I was getting the stereotypical sleazy, cheesy, car salespeople which put my nerves on edge. But at Luther, it was like hanging out with friends ❤️ I loved it. AK in particular was AMAZING! So kind, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic. Truly felt like he was on "my side". Best car guy I've had the pleasure of working with in my ~20 years of driving. I also interacted with Luis in Finance and he was awesome too! Made it really easy to understand everything I was agreeing to. Specific to any EV purchasers out there: aside from my stop at the Tesla shop, I was really surprised to encounter so many people at Ford, and a different Hyundai dealership who didn't seem to know their stuff when it came to EVs. It made this first-time EV buyer really nervous. But that was just one more area where the guys at Luther Bloomington Hyundai excelled. AK was able to answer every single one of my questions with confidence—and even more importantly, was a le to back those answers up with proof or further explanation. More
