Not everyone we spoke with was on the same page with the details, a lot of inconsistencies all the way up to signing the deal. Sales manager said one thing, sales person said another, finance person said a details, a lot of inconsistencies all the way up to signing the deal. This is the second car that we have purchased at Bloomington Hyundai, and the process was quite smooth. I did not have an appointment, and was able to be seen by Alexandria who was quite knowledgeab Bloomington Hyundai, and the process was quite smooth. The dealership was under construction at the time of our visit, but they made a customer feel comfortable. Nice portable restrooms. Salesperson Ben Gates was very helpful also nice to work with.
