The experience was good over all but I feel they did give me a couple thousand lower than they could have on my trade. The Kelly blue book price said it was worth at least that much more. The service dept me a couple thousand lower than they could have on my trade. The Kelly blue book price said it was worth at least that much more. The service dept was very accommodating and got out paint protection and interior protection done quickly the day we purchased the vehicle. We came from two hours away. It was much appreciated. More

I originally had purchased a Subaru Legacy from another dealer. Since it was en-route and I had been shopping around for a new car, went to Hawk Subaru in Plainfield. Needless to say that I could have save dealer. Since it was en-route and I had been shopping around for a new car, went to Hawk Subaru in Plainfield. Needless to say that I could have saved myself time and back and forth with sales, by just going to Hawk. I had my new car in less than an hour (paperwork) and the car I wanted in a couple of hours (brought from another dealer). As for service, you could not ask for a better service department. Everyone is extremely helpful, courteous and respectful. Especially Luis F., you could not ask for better car service. If you need to buy or service your Subaru, go to HAWK SUBARU! More

This was not a scheduled visit. When a problem arose, we immediately dropped the car off. We were provided with a loaner.
