They treat you like family and are always willing to go the extra yard to make sure your needs and requirements are met without that typical forceful sales strategy used by other dealerships. Negotiations are in fact negotiations and you get a say in the deal and are not treated like a second class citizen during the closing process. All of the staff are top notch and the dealership is a great facility; clean, modern, comfortable, with lots of great amenities. Buying from out of state is a major task, but they handled every detail with such professionalism. They went above and beyond to ensure the entire process was smooth and comfortable. Their communication was excellent, the pricing was transparent, and—most importantly—they were not pushy at all. I want to give special praise to Jared for his humbleness, patience, and dedication.
