I arrived late in the evening, and Agent Keryon took me around to see what was available, because the the car on the video was sold . My agent find out that there was another car at the Longwood location and I decided that I wanted to get it . Next step; I worked with Jacob to get the best price for me . I think he did a fantastic job! Thank you Jacob . Now because the car was at the Longwood location I came back to get the car ; Mr K my first agent was out so Mr Luis Hernandez took over from where he left off . I remembered that I needed additional insurance and I was brought in to see Mr Joe Pippins who went over my options and supersede my exceptions!! Thank you Joe!! He then have Luis took me to look at the car and give me a quick training on my new Mazda . He also gave me his # for me to text him anytime I needed help!
