Nobody did a walk around on my vehicle, I'm still finding issues and having a horrible time getting anyone to answer or respond let alone fix the issues. Have asked for sales and service managers to escalate this and can't get anyone to respond. Very disappointed! More

Luis Neverez was an absolute life saver in getting everything sorted out so I was able to get my windows tin center experience with my new Telluride! Luis Neverez was an absolute life saver in getting everything sorted out so I was able to get my windows tinted (included in the sale deal the day I got the Telluride) the same day as my scheduled service and recall check that way I didn't have to haul in my two kiddos again. Service center was quiet and calm and my 4 year old slept for the duration of my service time! I was pleasantly surprised to see how well they protected my new car from any potential spots from the workers and that my car came back in tip top shape. More

Spoke with Luis last week and was very clear in what I was looking for along with price. I also was very clear that if it wasn’t possible to not waste my time (or their time). He stated, come on in. When I got there the dealership seemed unaware of what I was looking for and had shared with him. When they shared their offers they couldn’t come to the price he stated they could do. So my point here is, don’t waste your time talking with Luis as what he says he can do vs what management can do don’t align. Go work with another sales manager who is honest and won’t waste your time! More
