Not Once BUT Twice.....SO FAR🙄🙄🙄 May of 2018 I traded my Mercedes for a Maserati Ghibli and experienced nothing but professionalism at FOREIGN CARS ITALIA. Kostas and the entire team May of 2018 I traded my Mercedes for a Maserati Ghibli and experienced nothing but professionalism at FOREIGN CARS ITALIA. Kostas and the entire team at FCI made me feel welcome and I was completely satisfied. The Ghibli was a fun and exhilarating automobile to drive. Routine service was due this month and I called and scheduled the service and again, encountered nothing but professionalism and a loaner automobile was to be provided. I had noticed in the emails that I receive from FCI the Alfo Romero SUV STELVIO TI SPORT and it peaked my interest. I sent Kostas a text telling him that I had scheduled maintenance on the Ghibli and ask if it would be possible for the loaner to be an Alfo Romero SUV STELVIO TI SPORT, white with black/chocolate interior. Kostas replied “of course, no problem!”. i drove the STELVIO and fell in love again and it is now in my garage! Again, the entire experience nothing but professional!! The entire team at FCI are like family and they treat their customers as if they are family too. Ummmmm, i can’t Help but wonder what May 2020 and FCI HAS IN STORE FOR ME😎😎😎😎 More

Everything I discussed on the phone with Hakeem Sanni turned out to be pleasant and true. They gave me what promised over the phone for my trade in! The new used car was in much better conditions I expected, and the finances were fairly quick and easy. Turns out I had an issue with the memory settings a week after the “as is purchased vehicle”, and they still took care of it without charge. Foreign Cars Italia of Charlotte are very professional and courteous. Very happy with my purchase! The only negative I have (being born an raises in Milan, Italy) no one speaks Italian at the dealership? Oh, almost forgot, easy access off the highway, and pretty good coffee and pastries to make the experience even better. More
