I have called and left you a message. I have also reached out to the salesman the sales manager and the finance manager. With no response from them. I have also reached out on the chat to be told my message would be passed along with still no response. I have not reached out just once i have reached out from June 12th almost daily and i do have records of my attempts.

And this seems to be the normal for the employees at this dealership. They will tell you call them directly they want to take care of things. You call and either get put on hold or sent to voicemail. With no contact back. I will explore other options for the deception that i have records of for the stress this has caused me by being forced into exactly what i said i could not do. I was told by email and text messages that i would get my paperwork on the 11th of June. Daily till the 21st i did get the paperwork that has several issues and i will say #1 ..no i dont think i will say any thing about the paperwork that was sent to the lender before me then they was sent a 2nd contract. Tell me how they was sent 2 different contracts when i only signed once. I am very aware of my rights and I honestly did not want it to go this far but the stress this dealership has caused me when i have tried to just get them to do what was said in the beginning and not just whatever they wanted to do. I will close with i have done my part to contact the ones i was told to contact. With no response. No response leads me to other options that i get to pick from and if i dont like the options im not forced to take them! They are options not requirements!
