I initially visited to have my Jeep check out because the “low oil pressure” light was on. This was a recurring issue that was getting worse. Brandon and Luis were very knowledgeable and friendly, but also e “low oil pressure” light was on. This was a recurring issue that was getting worse. Brandon and Luis were very knowledgeable and friendly, but also expressed much concern for me and my vehicle. After speaking with Luis about my options, I decided that it was time for me to consider purchasing a newer vehicle because I was at over 103,000 miles. I asked him to call over a sales person and that’s when I met Jeff Horn. The very next day I met with Jeff to start the trade-in process. He was a true professional, honest and fair. Joy completed the paperwork and explained everything thoroughly. I had a great experience and I love my new car!! Awesome team at Bergeron! More

When I called to make appt the gentlemen was very dry and didn’t have any concern about what I was trying to ask about my car. I told him my engine light was he proceeded to say we're 3 weeks out it would be didn’t have any concern about what I was trying to ask about my car. I told him my engine light was he proceeded to say we're 3 weeks out it would be after Thanksgiving . I was very disappointed. I mean after all the car is 2 yrs old why would my engine light be on . But , I just accepted and waited 3 weeks til my appt . After all said and done not all techs are friendly at Bergeron . I must say Danielle and Luis have been pleasant. Luis was very kind attentive and knowledgeable. Unlike Chris More

Luis was very helpful as always. Did not know if my problem was under warranty. Luis said if not cover under warranty it would be between $900 to $1100. So it was great to hear it was covered. Cherokee purchased in June 2017 constantly has to be brought in for service since the moment I purchased. Dealership should have switched out within first 6 months. Time and money lost will never be rec brought in for service since the moment I purchased. Dealership should have switched out within first 6 months. Time and money lost will never be recuperated. I will never again purchase from or recommend anyone to purchase from Bergeron. More
