Luis Rondon was great from beginning to end. I was interested in a car and he was able to set me up to see the car, test drive it, and follow through with the paperwork and payment. It took 6 months to resolve and receive a refund for a hidden fee of $1295 that was dishonestly included at the time of purchase of a used 2015 Elantra. This situation was finally resolved by me appearing at the dealership and creating an embarrassing disturbance in front of a showroom full of customers! I resorted to this behavior after repeated efforts by myself and Hyundai Corporate which failed to be successful! The members of finance dept. repeatedly lied to me and ignored Corporates involvement. Additionally, there were dangerous mechanical issues with the car that were repaired by another Hyundai dealer in Kingston, NY YOU'VE BEEN WARNED, PURCHASE AT YOUR RISK! More

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!! I prefer to put NO STARS, but not able to leave a review with out one. In all my years of purchasing or leasing a vehicle my experience at Danbury Hyundai was one of the worst 10 not able to leave a review with out one. In all my years of purchasing or leasing a vehicle my experience at Danbury Hyundai was one of the worst 10 minutes I have ever experienced. My wife and I were belittled and pretty much told that there was nothing they can do for us - we just couldn't afford what we wanted. When I pointed out the specials he had listed on his desks' table tent he had the rudest audacity of looking directly at my face and saying "See, people just read the top and not the bottom that lists the needed down payment and fees to get that price and it expired yesterday" After stating "I see that and did read that" my response was ignored. At one point my wife made a comment to me that she felt like Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman. I would never recommend this dealership, though would like to return today to show the useless and rude salesman my new 2021 Hyundai Santa Fe SEL fully loaded with half the money down and $50 less for the monthly payment that Danbury asked for the basic SE model. Went to Shaker's Hyundai in Watertown and drove home the same day with my new vehicle with exceptional service!!! More
