Luis was amazing! This is the second car we purchased from Danbury Hyundai but our first time dealing with Luis. He saw us walking the lot, made contact and was not pushy at all!! I went in wanting a certain model Santa Fe; they only had one and it was already prepped for someone else. Luis found a very similar one for me to test drive. He listened to my concerns after I drove it. We talked about other options. I ended up driving a Tucson and fell in love with it! He was so patient and helpful with all our questions. A+ service for a first time dealer buyer!! I had done a lot of research looking for a pre-owned Honda that Danbury Hyundai had on their lot. I contacted Luis Rondon about it, and we got the paperwork going over the phone. The process was seamless and shortly after getting the approval terms I went to the dealer in person to finalize everything, where I got more excellent service from Dan Espinal, their finance manager. Dan spelled the finance details and handled the paperworks and transactions with expertise and grace.
