I've bought several vehicles in the past 6 years and this was by far the easiest experience. I've bought a Mercedes Sprinter Van, Chevy Box and Pick Ups, and Toyota Pick Ups for work, all different dealers - all good people. But for some reason this experience takes the cake. Luis helped me and treated me like family, from the test drive to the final signature. My family's business has had two Hyundais before and they were great cars. I know I will be back again. More

I spoke with Luis (sales associate) prior coming for the first visit to Danbury Hyundai about a car I was interested in. I came in and he welcomed my wife and connected well. This is the first car purchase first visit to Danbury Hyundai about a car I was interested in. I came in and he welcomed my wife and connected well. This is the first car purchase my wife is making and she was interested in a CPO vehicle. Luis showed us many options that were available besides the car she wanted just to advise us. We test drive a new one and one that was similar to what we wanted. Unfortunately, the exact one we wanted, wasn’t available, but another one that was the same make/model/trim and with roughly the same amount of miles was available. Turns out we went with that one and we decided on a fair price. I spoke with the sales manager and he dropped the price a bit because this wasn’t the actual vehicle I wanted and it had a little bit more miles. The entire process was smooth and all of the staff was friendly. We came on a Saturday and turns out this day they have pizza for the staff and customers. We were able to eat and drink for free! Luis was extremely helpful throughout the process and I’d highly recommend coming to Danbury Hyundai to do business. More

Bought a 2014 Jeep last year, they sold me a car with screeching breaks. There was also a dent on the front bumper that wasn’t there when I test drove it. The very next day I called. I brought the car ba screeching breaks. There was also a dent on the front bumper that wasn’t there when I test drove it. The very next day I called. I brought the car back twice, nothing was fixed except the dent. They insisted nothing was wrong with the breaks. I then was put on a “wait list” for service multiple times because I needed a courtesy car considering it’s an hour away, and I never received any calls back. Then during an oil change, I found out I was missing a filter in my car they had never installed. Now my brakes are out completely, and they’re telling me I need to shell out 1100 dollars for breaks that were faulty to begin with and have screeched and grinded because of their inability to find the real problem. I do not recommend buying a car here whatsoever. They will screw you. More
