We apologize for the frustration you are experiencing. Unfortunately, we are limited in the number of loaner vehicles available and must schedule work to accommodate the greatest number of customers as efficiently as possible. Regarding your vehicle, the front and rear pads and rotors, and the right rear caliper were all replaced prior to your purchase of the vehicle. There can sometimes be a squeaking noise related to new pads during the breaking in period. We were unable to locate any other reason for the noise you heard. Currently, the front brake pads have been worn down to the metal which has damaged the caliper. As it has been over 18,000 miles since the new brakes were installed, we can only assume that this is wear and tear. We understand that the repair bill is considerable and would like to offer a 10% discount as a gesture of good will. Please contact us at your earliest convenience to schedule the repair.
