Was searching for a 2022 Ioniq5 for a few weeks but as everyone knows, the market and availability is terrible right now, what little inventory I found nearby was marked up a ridiculous amount (5k+) and m everyone knows, the market and availability is terrible right now, what little inventory I found nearby was marked up a ridiculous amount (5k+) and multiple times a dealer had told me something was available on the lot and I would tell them right away I want it and i'd head there immediately, they'd say ok and they'll hold it but then on my way to the dealer they sell it, incredibly frustrating. I came across a listing at Ideal Hyundai and reached out right away, I was connected with Kevin Castillo in sales and from there it was smooth sailing. Kevin quickly confirmed the car was actually there and available, and when I told him I would come in same day to buy he worked with me to make sure the car would be there and to agree on a price before I took a hundred dollar Uber to the dealership about an hour away. When I got to the dealership everything was as discussed and the purchase went through without a hitch. Kevin was courteous and efficient, finance was not pushy like most other dealers, and the car was charged and delivered as expected. In this market it is super rare to find a dealership that still cares about customer service and not just marking up every single vehicle for the most profit. Definitely coming back to Ideal Hyundai for my next purchase. More
