James Hooker, I’m sorry to hear about your disappointment regarding these issues. I’d like to invite you to review the call where we discussed the cost, as I did inform you of the amount, and it aligns with what you were actually charged. I also made every effort to secure goodwill coverage for a repair on a vehicle that has minimal maintenance history within the VW network. Regarding the 3% processing fee, I understand how frustrating these additional costs can be, but unfortunately, it has become a standard practice across many businesses. I sincerely wish I could have done more, but I do hope you find the $1,400 in goodwill savings to be a meaningful benefit.
