Good customer service. Sales and finance guys were very helpful. My problem is that the tabs were not renewed on purchase so I immediately had to spend $400 to renew tabs a Sales and finance guys were very helpful. My problem is that the tabs were not renewed on purchase so I immediately had to spend $400 to renew tabs and they said they resurfaced the front rotors but didn’t change out the brake pads so the car is having terrible braking performance to the point where I almost caused an accident because it’s not linear or predictable braking. I spoke with BMW and it is against protocol to only resurface rotors and not change pads because it creates a very uneven braking surface. After they inspected it, it appears that the rotors were never resurfaced and were so bad they had to be replaced. I’ve only had the car for 2 weeks, and problems since day 1. More
