He thoroughly explained all our options and made us feel so comfortable purchasing. I would highly recommend this dealership and this salesman to anyone wishing to purchase a new Lincoln. Everyone we worked with at Rizza was top notch. We had extra things added to the vehicle (paint and interior protectants) and Luke stayed on top of everything and kept us well informed as to when it would be ready. Actually it was ready earlier than expected which was great. When we took possession of the car Luke took a great deal of time with us to be sure we were comfortable with using all the new features as well as helping us set up a lot of them. There was a small part missing from our vehicle, which Luke ordered right away and is going way above and beyond by delivering it to us at our home. You cannot get any better than that! Also, after purchase the follow-up from Luke and our concierge has been super. They have touched base with us at least 3-4 times asking how the car has been for us and if there is anything we need help in figuring out how to work since this new Navigator has so many features. I feel that even months down the road Luke's customer service will still be the same. I would certainly rate this salesman and dealership a lot more than 5 stars! More

I wasn't even planning on buying a car for several months, but the package that Luke gave me was too hard to resist, so I bought a very beautiful 2019 Ford Explorer. From Toyota to Lincoln Luke, did a great job in converting us from a Toyota family into a Lincoln customer. He introduced us to the Lincoln brand and helped us narrow down our selection to the MKZ and the Nautilus. After test driving 6 different cars we had our decisions made. Once we made the decision we threw a curve ball at Luke and told him we wanted to trade in 3 cars and payoff a 4th car outside of this transaction. Luke offered to pay off the 4th car for us which allowed us to leave the dealership and not worry about our cars for another 3 years when our leases expire.
