When I purchased the Ford Explorer, it was disclosed to me and my wife that the center cup holder was broken. We didn’t address it as the sales manager said a replacement had been order. I was never inform me and my wife that the center cup holder was broken. We didn’t address it as the sales manager said a replacement had been order. I was never informed of the item coming in, received correspondence, or a phone call. It would have been nice to know that the tires were needing replaced as I immediately had to purchase all new tires on the vehicle prior to even registering the vehicle. I typically have a good experience with Shottenkirk but this was very disappointing. More
