Disappointing Experience at Lou Fusz Ford – Terrible Customer Service and Lack of Accountability I recently purchased a 2025 Ford Raptor with only 5 miles on it from Lou Fusz Ford in Chesterfield, MO Customer Service and Lack of Accountability I recently purchased a 2025 Ford Raptor with only 5 miles on it from Lou Fusz Ford in Chesterfield, MO. After taking delivery, I noticed the backup sensors were not working and scheduled a service appointment. The service department informed me that a crucial module was missing, and the part was on backorder. After waiting two weeks without hearing from them, I followed up and was told there was a national backorder, with the part unavailable for an extended period. When I pressed for a timeline, I was told it could take years to arrive. I was sold an $85K truck with a missing part, and this was never disclosed to me at the time of purchase. I then spoke to the Sales Manager, Chris, about the situation. He was indifferent and stated that it was my problem to resolve with Ford. When I pointed out that he was a representative of Ford, he agreed but insisted there was nothing he could do. The lack of empathy and customer care was appalling. I asked for the Ford customer service number, and Chris seemed irritated to provide it. Not once did he apologize for the inconvenience or offer to help in any way. It was clear that resolving this issue was not their priority. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I regret not listening to others who advised against purchasing from Lou Fusz Ford. If you value customer service, I would strongly recommend avoiding this dealership. More

I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from this dealership and had a great buying process. Unfortunately, since then it's been very frustrating. A couple of months after the purchase I got a simple flat tire and had a great buying process. Unfortunately, since then it's been very frustrating. A couple of months after the purchase I got a simple flat tire and needed to make a roadside change. Imagine my surprise when I pull out the spare and find that even though the roadside kit is there, all of the tools have been removed. A simple oversight, sure, heck I missed it during my test drive and look over of the vehicle. I reached out to the dealership to see how they wanted to provide the missing tools (lug wrench, cap pliers, screwdriver, floor jack, jack handle) but can't get anyone to return my call. My salesperson, Luke, has been helpful but subsequent calls to the referred folks at the dealership have gone unreturned. Buyer beware, inspect every inch of your vehicle before purchase, pull out the spare, remove the floor mats, heck, pull out the seats, or maybe just consider going elsewhere. More

The dealer did not tell me the truck had 3800 miles on it until 2 days before i was picking it up the website said 199 miles. Plus the truck had serveral scratches on it. I paid for a bed liner and they orde until 2 days before i was picking it up the website said 199 miles. Plus the truck had serveral scratches on it. I paid for a bed liner and they ordered the wrong one. We had to remind finance guy to take our down payment after everything was finished. The truck was dirty when we picked it up. More
