They were polite, informative, and quick to reply from the very beginning. Not only that, but they ended up being the dealership that offered the best deal on the Crosstrek! This is my third Subaru in a row leasing through Brattleboro Subaru. First of all, Luke Higley is one of the main reasons my wife and I have been able to drive such great vehicles since my first Im Brattleboro Subaru. First of all, Luke Higley is one of the main reasons my wife and I have been able to drive such great vehicles since my first Impreza of 2008. Luke has been great all along, especially when our credit was not as good and we needed to work on getting it better. He advised that we be patient and consistent. Now we are in another incredible vehicle, the 2014 Subaru Forester. Rose Kochman was our Sales Consultant and she was also amazing. We could go on and on about how helpful rose has continued to be answering every question or concern we've had. Nizam Musaba was also great to work with. All three I have mentioned were extremely friendly to us and professional as well. I have been to other dealerships where i felt pressured to get a car or lied to in the past. The good people at Brattleboro Subaru have been great to me since my first car in 2008. I always feel an honesty and integrity lacking at other dealerships. Subarus are awesome cars and my wife and I plan on sticking with them for years to come. I should also mention the service department. Although faces have changed over the years the service continues to be excellent. More

A+ for effort on both of their parts. The entire staff was very friendly and open to their customers. Not to mention the free coffee and homemade cider doughnuts.
