They make promises that they never keep! Tell you they will replace grill, brakes, brake lines and put new tires on, then you go to pick it up and nothing is done! Just bought the Impreza so haven't been in for service yet. But the sales experience was outstanding! Tom McFeeley spent so much time walking me through all the settings.
