HI, my name is Luke Horn (or BIG LUKE as known in the auto industry). I've been in the auto industry since 1998 and have worked in various positions from sales to internet sales as well as the business office. I have had the fortune to work with many different brands both foreign and domestic brands. I found my home with a great brand in Nissan at a great store Eden Prairie Nissan in Eden Prairie Minnesota. I have 3 beautiful daughters and a GREAT (understanding) wife that I have the privilege to come home to every night. My goal with every customer I work with is to help them accomplish what they set out to do thinking of their best interest (not mine).

They make it work All departments; from financing, to the salesman himself went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met. They the process easy, and painless. Additionally I had some timing issues of my new car arriving, for which they graciously provided a loaner. I really enjoyed the walk-through of the dealership, how it's service department works, and a dedicated individual to additional options for my vehicle (Jay Caughey) They just made everything work with ease and I felt very catered to. Additionally, I feel very comfortable calling my salesmen up with any additional questions I might have as I get used to my awesome new Rouge (LOVE the car!) More

Amazing service, timely fashion, and all about me! . I had an amazing experience at EP Nissan! I was so happy Bryan Bailey called me, he was great to work with. I felt as though he cared about me, my . I had an amazing experience at EP Nissan! I was so happy Bryan Bailey called me, he was great to work with. I felt as though he cared about me, my finances, and my time....most of all, without any pressure. We talked for a few minutes, met the next day, and 2 hours later, I drove off in the a beautiful car that rides like a dream! Great service from all staff made us very happy customers. We had a great buying experience at this dealership. The sales reps, Kip and Randy, provided great service and were easy to work with.
